I just recently created a news ticker using the tutorial on Kirupa; however, I have not been successful at getting my xml data to show up on the news ticker. I have my xml file stored on sites.google.com and my website will be stored on Savannah State University’s server. I do not want to have my xml file on the same domain as my website because it will be on my school’s server and they don’t allow access to their server. I want to be able to update the news ticker freely. Can anyone give me some advice on how to fix this problem?
