I am new to this AS and I have a project which is complicated (well at least for me) I can think of a long and tedious way of doing this but I know AS is the way to go.
I have to do a transition in flash between 3 still images the images are divided in to squares and the squares appear one at a time until it reveals the new image, but I want the squares to appear randomly each time that image shows up… :puzzle:

Have you seen Voetsjoebas tutorial on the fading grid? You can find it by clicking here. This one has the image fading in in rows but maybe you could adjust the code to have it done randomly?
