Hi everybody - I’ve been having problems with a transparent flash movie crashing intermittently in Internet Explorer 6.0. I published the movie using Flash MX and have the latest version of Flash Player. I used the wmode parameter to achieve the transparency effect.
Anyway, I’ve read about what seems to be a similar issue on the Macromedia page here:

Which says, “Rapidly loading different DHTML-heavy pages causes intermittent crash” (with the wmode parameter).
I’m not sure if this is the cause, but it’s pretty frustrating. I see flash ads on yahoo and other big sites which seem to be using the same transparency effect, but they are stable. Any idea what’s wrong with mine?
