I have a feedback form on a customers website. I tested the form on my email address and it worked just fine. Later the customer said that he wasnt recieving the feedback notifications. I told him to check the spam folder but he says they arent there. Would a feedback form work on one email and not the other? If so, how do i make sure the feedback form works on all email addresses?
