Truly Dynamic Text Box

Hi,
Is there anyway to produce a text box that will adjust it’s size based on the data loading to it? For example if I have a list of items loading to a box that 50 pixels wide & the list is 100 pixels wide I’d like the text box to dynamically shape itself to it’s contents?
Am I asking too much? LOL.

I dont know… it’s possible that Flash MX has this feature… but I don’t think so in Flash 5.0.
