Hi, I am trying to add a cool sort of menu into my interface, its a box when the user puts their mouse over it, the box expands and there is another box with buttons in it, which also expands and gives u options, if u want to know what i am talking about, the effect is at this site

thats the kind of effect i am looking for!! Anyway I tried doing this, i thought i could just simply make a box make it a button and put another button in the box and so fourth, but this makes everything just go crazy when you put ur mouse over it, do any experts have any advice on how i could achieve this affect??
