Trying to import my flash carousel that uses xml into flex

I have created a carousel in flash that is going to serve as the main menu on my website. I tried pulling it into Flex via SWFloader and all it shows is the black bg in my flash file. I think the problem is that the root directory is changed since I imported it into Flex but I don’t know how to update my AS code to the new directory. Help me please…
