ive used this tutorial

but whenever i test the counter out on the web… the number just stays at 0 when i refresh…
i even d/led all the samepl files and uploaded that to the server… and still… it only stays at 0…
is there something im doing wrong…
it mentions something about chaning the .txt to 777 but im not sure what that means exactly… could that be the problem?
