Trying to tweek this code so that it scrolls through the whole strip.....fla attached

I’m just trying to get this whole strip to be seen when you move the mouse left and right.
I thought the code was basing things on the width of the target or scrolling MC…but it doesn’t want to work right.
maybe you can shed some light on it.
