I just cam accross an awesome phot album of sorts that dynamicly loads the pictures (probably XML):

There are thumbnails to the left that can be clicked and then the three photos on the right shuffle until the picture you clicked is placed on the top. There is also a backward and forward button below the three pictures that shuffles the stack forward or backwards.
This is an awesome photo album and I would like to take the knowledge I learned from creating the slideshow here on Kirupa (http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx2004/xml_flash_photogallery.htm) and increase it by learning how 255 Designs created the slideshow above.
