i’ve tried and made this tutorial

everything’s ok and thanks for giving AS knowledge trough the net 
the only thing i wonder is how to stop the script when it’s running.
To make the sky no more snowy and make snow disappear.

well I haven’t actually read the script.
But I suspected that you were using movie clips for each snow flake, right?
if thats so, then just create another button that will turn the alpha level of the next generated snow piece to zero. Therefore it will seems like the snow has actually disappeared.
Or you could even just delete the snow movie clip.
Or set the visiblity to false.
