Tutorial for dynamic news feed?

I’m looking for a tutorial that will allow me to make a dynamic news feed.

I want to create a page with a box that I log can input a title, date and information. This will then be submited to a movie on my sites homepage. Thus alowing me to update information online without having to write text files and then upload them.

I know there a few about but the majority seem to be for flash 5.:q:

i had a look at that tutorial but I want something that will display more information that that. So probalble in a scrolling text box. I’ll post an example link of what I mean.

Like the news section here, graphics in the text area arne’t important as along as the text works.
