hi! i’d like to add a comment section like the one on this page:

to my web site. are there any tutorials avaliable that teach this type of form or does anyone out there know how to go about making something like this? i’m looking for something really simple here, no whistles or bells. i just want people to be able to post a name and a comment.
i looked at the source code for the page above and it seems there is php involved. it’s been a very long time since i’ve worked with html and the like, so i’m not hip to the jive. any help is greatly appreciated.
