Two questions

Hi. I only got Flash CS3 so i posted this here. anyway, i’m having two problems. First of all, when I animate, the snap tool suddenly stops working. I check that it’s turned on, and it is. My other probem is that my comuter stops for a bit then goes again whenever a sound plays. Can anybody help?
