Ui accordion component w/ movie clip

Hi,
I am working on 2004 pro. I am trying to figure out the accordion component. I want to be able to make my navigation that way. But when i place the movie clips that i have made in the child symbols, when i go to test it loads all the movies even before i press on the tabs/buttons/icons/headers (whatever they are called). Therefore i cannot get the intro sequences to play of the movie clips onRelease of the button things.
Is there some action script that i can add and how. How can i create these accordion navigations the way they look on sites like danecook.com.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.
