hey everyone, i’m working on a site for the university department i work for.
i know it’s not flash (this is for academia!) but i don’t know who else to ask for help on CSS.
it’s only a small problem, but it’s hard to ignore.

in firefox it looks the way i want.
in IE, however, the second horizontal menu is bumped like 2 to 3 pixels down from where it should be. if you highlight all the buttons, you can see that the top menu dips down into the lower one. i can’t find why this is happening in IE!
also, if anyone is using a mac, can you tell me if things are the way they should be? i can’t check them from my office, the nearest MAC is in the student union.
