Updatable text with flash?

[LEFT][RIGHT]I am a web designer and so I try not to get in the coding world very deep. Nevertheless I am usually asked to create at least 1 page (news) with text that the client can change.

I’ve done this before with XML and TXT file but i am looking for something that does not require entering the ftp account. maybe with login through the browser…

is there CMS for just one page ? or even just for text box ?[/LEFT][/RIGHT]

I hate to say this, but if a client is not capable of using an ftp client, maybe they should not be editing content on a website.
I totally understand your position though.
