Hi I’ve been asked to update a php questionaire.
At the moment its set up for an individual, though needs to have a group setting added too it.
i.e., one person in the group logs in, they all discuss/answer the questionnaire, then an email is sent off saying who attended.
could it be updated simply by having a form to fill in the names, and if “individual” is clicked, only one field appears, where as group, a number of fields appear?
also another issue is that the system remembers your position, so when you end and log back in, you are at the end.
Would this be cookie or mysql?
