Upload page and admin panel in flash

Hello. I’m new here and i have a problem with flash.
I wan’t to make a webpage with something like that:

  1. admin panel with logon
  2. in admin mode may be possible to upload flash movies to server, and this movies will be ready to view for another people on the page,
  3. this flash movies could be also links to another pages,
    4 this all would be automatically done in admin panel.

Please i’m new in flash, this is hard for a girl to make this all
Maybe you can give some propositions or sources to learn how to do this.
