I am new to PHP and this is my first file upload script that I am trying to put together. I don’t know where I am going wrong but I keep getting the error message stating that the file cannot be moved. I personally think that the problem might be with the TMP FOLDER and the UPLOADS FOLDER, but I’m not sure exactly where they need to be placed and how to set the permissions. If someone could let me know exactly how to set up those folders, where to set them up at, and how to make sure the permissions are set correctly, that would be AWESOME!!
