I am was customising a theme today and refreshed my page and the slider is broken.

I have tried everything I can think of but can’t seem to figure out what is going wrong. I even undid all my changes etc and still no luck.
My jQuery is limited and I really appreciate someone having a look over it and tell me whats going on so I can fix it, because at the moment I am lost.
