Can anyone and everyone test the installation and launching of this Adobe AIR RIA?
The client is freaking out about how the RIA is too difficult to install and launch. Also, i called Adobe about an problem with their servers when user are sent to install AIR if they do not already have it. We’ve included a direct link to Install AIR. How many of you have trouble with understanding how this installations works, and if you recieve the error, how many know what to do after?
Please test and report ASAP. The RIA is called 9IX Rules and is located on the bottom panel.

Also, i understand having people on this forum test installation difficulties, may skew the results as most people here are pretty tech savy.
Please excuse the loadtime…server speeds are horrid and files are big.
