Urgent! how to add sound / sound effects?

Hi, i’m quite new to Flash MX but i managed to still make some animations. My problem is that i don’t know how to add sounds to my animation. What i’m trying to do is adding a “splat” sound to my animation of a guy falling on the floor. Please guide me step by step due to my lack of experience with Flash. Thanks.
