I have no idea why its doing this, but the UIScrollBar is invisible whenever I try to use it.

If you look on the About Us page, the main text is bigger than the text box, and if you highlight the text it will “scroll” and you will see the rest of the text.
You can also (by trial and error) try to click and drag somewhere on the right side of the textbox and if you find the invisible scrollbar, it will scroll the text.
Now how on earth do I make the scrollbar actually visible without people having to guess that its there?
Another problem that I’m having is the disappearing titles.
Go on the articles page, for example. Place your mouse cursor over the “Articles” title. Click, and drag down. You should see that the text disappears, as though the text box is a scrollable one and there is a line of blank text below the title. I have no idea why or how that happens.

I need to figure this out today, hopefully.
Earlier versions of Flash worked perfectly, but CS4 is giving me lots of trouble, for some reason.
