I have made a CMS using AMFphp remoting having 2 imput boxes one that writes to the DB and on that reads the DB. What I am wanting to do but cant figure out how is make the bold, italic, underline, font type, font size, and align buttons I dont really know a whole lot about the whole area of text formating but I have had a bit of a try at making these buttons:

I would really apriciate some help in getting getting the buttons working because I have searched this forum till it hurts and there is alot of stuff on formatting but nothing that I have found useful. Oh and in the file above there are lots of buttons that look like underlines but they are actually different buttons I just didnt change the graphic.
