Is this possible:?
Where I work we have what is essentially an html repository for procedures called DS. I develop a lot of training in flash CS3 AS2.0. Is there a way to open a DS window directly in a flash movie clip or perhaps better wording would be framed in a movie clip? There is an issue with just opening in a seperate window and tabbing between the two (don’t ask it’s a long story).
My goal would be to have an icon on the screen during the training that would open this window so they could keep the procedure open for reference. Close the movie clip (window), and be able to pop it open when they need it during the training. All with out having to tab out to open a browser.
I’m not looking for someone to write the code for me (unless you have it and want to share). I just need a point in the right direction. I’ve done a lot of looking and can’t seem to find an exact answer.
