hey guys,
I have a new client, and he expressed to me that he was confused about the fact the when he typed in ‘www.hisdomainname.com.au’ his site would come up fine, but when he typed in ‘hisdomainname.com.au’ without the www another completely different site would come up instead of his website?
I have never seen this before, and want to know firstly what the hell do I do about it and secondly is this other company hijacking a URL that does not belong to them?
What is going on?
