URLRequest problem!

I have one simple question. When you type this line of code in AS3:
var req:URLRequest=new URLRequest(“somephp.php”);
You get this error:
TypeError: Error #2007: Parameter text must be non-null.

So my question is how do you create URLRequest with non-direct link (so no http://[mydomainname].com/somephp.php).
