Let’s suppose I was not wanting a traditional “progress bar” type of preloader, and instead wanted to use a movieclip of say, a guy climbing a ladder. As the preloading progresses, the guys travels from the bottom of the ladder to the top.
This is only an example to illustrate my point (I would not use a guy on a ladder, of course).
To further complicate things, the movieclip in question is 179 frames long. I understand it is easier if it is only 100 frames long, but this was how my client gave it to me, and the option to alter it is not there.
Can anyone help out with this one please? My actionscript knowledge is a bit middle-of-the-road at best.
