I am here to get advice on how to approach my project not to do it. Lolz. Anyway, I am an intermediate programmer, I have a pretty solid knowledge of Actionscript, along with novice programming in Java.
My question is what would be the best way to approach creating a swf that plots a vector field. I am guessing that the coordinate grid can be drawn, but would I use AS3, does AS3 have line drawing functions? I basically need to give a function F(x,y) and use it to plot its vector field.
Btw, if anyone has any other project ideas of using Actionscript to perhaps use or demonstrate a Calculus III topic, I would high appreciate it. Thanks.
