Using Flex 3 to make a "hello world" swf in AS3?

Anyone know where i can find a good tutorial for a total noob on how to create swfs using the Flex 3 SDK? I already know how to code with AS3, but I have no idea how to use the Flex 3 SDK and after searching the web for a good hour I haven’t been able to find any tuts that walk you through it. TIA
