Using quiz template

I created a quiz .fla using Flash MX quiz template with no problems but when I run it as a .swf test movie some components don’t work properly, eg labels for multiple choice questions won’t display properly but show instead the text as seen in the .fla. The next time I test the movie it might be another component that has a problem and the first problem is gone. Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone suggest how to fix it?
