Hi everyone! I searched for this problem and found one old, unresolved thread, so I’d like to bring it up again.
I’m dynamically masking a blurred mc, but it acts like the blur is applied to the entire masked object instead of only the child mc (the maskee). When you do this same thing on the timeline it works as expected–you get a sharp edge from the mask that’s hiding the blurred mc.
Does anyone know if this can be resolved? Grazie!
