Using TinyMCE to output Flash readable HTML

Hi,
Does anyone know how to make TinyMCE convert
<span style=“font-weight: bold;”>Some Text </span>
to a Flash-readable <b>Some Text</b>

Hopefully, someone has been down this road with Flash and a custom CMS’s
