I have a small problem that i just can not work out and would appreciate any conclusion suggestions?
I am trying to pas my forms with W3C Validation, I belive that W3C is designed mainly to validate HTML/XHTML etc and not php but if any one has any suggestions for the 2 x errors and 3 x warnings outstanding i would appreciated it.
Managed to get rid of the rest just these remaining?

If you click submit on the form this will take you to the actual page that is not validating and this is the page i am refering too as above.
A validation button is at the bottom of each page to make things a little easier!
Any help appreciated.
