Yes - another vB3 update 
It seems like a lot of sites have made a successful transition to vb3 without a problem. To be safe though, I e-mailed mediatemple today to ask them if they could create a clone of the current mySQL database under a different name.
Once they have done that, I’ll install vBulletin 3 on the cloned Database. All of the visitors and such will have no problem accessing the current forums because the two DB’s will be different.
If everything works out, I may have vB3 installed fairly quickly, and all it will take is for me to make a minor database name change in vBulletin, and everything should be the way it was…except on a newer forum…I hope!
