He used a combination of frame by frame animation and shape tweens.
Yeah, Yasuto Suga is one of the worlds best Frame by Frame and Tween animators ever. His animation is simply amazing.
Ouch. Okay. Might I ask how he makes the start/end frames to shape tween with? Pen tool?
Most likely that or a line tool. It appears he traced the flowers from the picture.

I know how to do something similar to these, it just takes a lot of time and effort with the mouse and tweening tools.

And I haven’t started on anything. I was just wondering if there was any specialized way. Now that I know there isn’t I’m going to procrastinate as usual.
