Very Basic Audio Player?

I’ve spent forever looking for a tutorial on how to make a basic flash mp3 player. Nothing fancy at all. I don’t want the huge playlist. All I want it to have is the basic control functions: Stop, play, pause, next/prev …which shows the titles of the track that is players…i want to use it before my menu----so i really need it to be basic.
