If anybody needs a job done professionally, quickly, and on a low budget, I may be the right person for you! I am currently a high school student and spend my free time with web programming and relating things. I am not a guru or expert, but I am able to use my skills to solve many complex things.

Flash Actionscript - very knowledgable
PHP - fairly knowledgable
HTML - fairly knowledgable
I am able to do basic design. However, I am not a very talented artist and I therefore tend to shy away from design.
I tend to charge very little as I am relatively inexperienced. However, it usually does not interfere with my ability to get a job done. Additionally, I do not have many examples of my work that are in use. For most, I am still waiting for payment to release the design/program.
