Video on site - how would i build this?

We are looking to build something like this:

Actually - almost exactly like that.

It looks like there are two things happening. One - the videos load and the model just hangs out. You click ‘turn’ and the video jumps to another part and turns the model 360.

How would I set somethign like this up? embed the videos into a flash piece and simply use buttons to make the model turn?

how would i load these - stream or embed?
