hi there,
i’m having a problem that i’m trying every which way to rectify. my client gave me videos to post on her site and they play perfectly streaming online viewed on my desktop computer, however, when i access these videos from my laptop (and the client from her laptop as well) then the video is all garbled and choppy. even if i let the video load all the way before playing. i’m at a loss as to what to try next. has anyone had this problem?
