Quick question for discussion:
When using Full Screen for a video player is it best to initialize smoothing and deblocking at runtime? Or best to only call smoothing and deblocking only when the Full Screen command is called.
Basically, is the normal sized video player’s quality going to decrease if I have smoothing and deblocking on?
