An organization that I do work for wants to upload videos to its website for viewing by paying members who will only be granted access after the on-line payment process has been completed. The organization does not want to allow a user to save the video to his/her hard drive, basically requiring that it can only be viewed on-line so that we can effectively handle copyright issues and sharing of the video.
From what could be garnered from the message, most of the videos are about 45 minutes or longer and I do not know the file format used or the size of the video. Is anyone aware of any decent software that can handle the implementation of this? I don’t have a budget yet, but preferably $200 or less.
