hello:
i have a website that allows users to upload at least one video resume (limit is 100mb) my problem now is that i need all the videos to be viewed in flash even if it was uploaded in diff. video format like .mov, .avi, .mpg etc.
how will i do this? i don’t want to import the videos myself in flash then publishing it, if its possible i want it viewed directly in flash.
is this possible or not? thanks in advance.
