You should have a firm grip on at least 2 of following programming languages, but not limited to: Java, ActionScript3, JavaScript, MXML, HTML5, and PHP. You should have access to the basic programmings for development (Flash CS5 or greater and TextMate or another editing tool). You should be able to look at an error and figure out a way to fix it. You should be able to work within a team and follow directions given by the department leader.
