i’m not really sure where to place this…
I’ve recently been working on the development for my site, almost purely done in flash mx technology. However, there’s a particular scene that’d I’d like to add some voice effects. I know windows has a text-to-voice program, but I wanted to know if there was any type of voice modulation program that gives the effect of the movie voice you hear during previews and everything, such as the voice on billybussey’s quicktime intro.
