Quite right there but I have made a cbt package for national crime records bureau (Government of India) and used computer generated voice overs and they are very near to real, you just need softwares like goldwave, readmeplease, creative live sound card and the software they provide, rest ir ur hardwork and sound mixing abilities…

I made it so simple… its cool how if you’re not paying attention it looks pretty real, but you look at it, and it looks like a few stupid tweens hehe =)
