Hi guys,
I need someone who can create me a web cam capture flash movie.
It must have a Capture Button which counts down from 3 seconds and then takes the photo.
The photo must be saved using PHP. I can code the PHP side. I just need to know the variable you pass through to the file so I can deal with that.
I’m willing to pay for this so be in touch ASAP.
