Hey!
Could really use some help. I’m trying to create a nice loading animation in Flash, like those web2.o-loaders… a dashed circular shape, light grey, with a marker that spins around the circle…
But whatever I do I cant manage to make something that works good. Anyone can tell me how to get started?
