is there a site where you can get free music to put on you website (no copyrights to deal with)
what i like to do, is go to http://music.download.com and look for unsigned bands…contact them…usually they are happy to get their music on your site…
for music that is copyrighted i’m extremelly sure this a s illegal as kazaa is but www.dogpile.com
or www.altavista.com
there are some fine loops at www.flashkit.com as well
